A non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time. If you are unable to attend your scheduled appointment, your retainer may be applied to one (1) additional appointment at no extra cost. If you miss or cancel your second scheduled appointment, a new retainer will be required to book any future services. A 100% cancellation fee will be charged for all no-shows or cancellations made within 48 hours of the appointment time. In the rare event that I am unable to provide your service due to a medical condition or infection that prevents me from doing so safely, or a crisis you will receive a full refund of your retainer within 14 days of your scheduled service date. I strive to create a safe, calm, and welcoming environment for all clients and our neighboring businesses. In return, I kindly ask that you respect our shared space by adhering to the following guidelines: Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive early, remain quietly in the waiting area. Seating is limited; please do not bring more than one guest who is not receiving a service. If you smoke prior to your appointment, please remain outside for 15 minutes to fully air out before entering the salon. Ensure this time is planned for and does not delay the start of your service. Please be courteous and respectful toward all salon staff and fellow guests to help us maintain a safe and positive environment. Violation of any of these policies may result in the rescheduling or termination of your appointment without refund. Effective 1/1/2024: The salon has implemented a kid-free policy. Children who are not receiving a service may no longer accompany clients to their appointments. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause and thank you for understanding.
