A retainer is due at the time of booking to secure your appointment date and time but in the unfortunate case that you can’t make it your deposit can hold 1 additional appointment time for you at no extra cost. In the rare occasion that you miss your second scheduled appointment you will be required to pay a new deposit to schedule going forward. I charge a 100% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment. In the rare case that I cannot service you due to a medical condition or infection that prohibits me from being able to service you I will provide you with a full refund within 14 days of your service date. I work closely to provide a safe space and calming experience for my clients and neighbors and I ask that my clients in return respect our shared space as well. I’d like to ask that you show up to your appointment on time and wait quietly in the waiting area if you arrive early. Due to limited seating please refrain from bringing more than 1 guest to your appointment who is not receiving a service. Out of respect for the salon and us service providers I’d like to ask that if you’re smoking before your appointment you wait outside for 15 minutes to completely air out before walking into the salon. Be sure that this 15 minutes is scheduled ahead and doesn’t interfere with your appointment start time. Lastly, please contribute to obtaining a safe space at our salon by being courteous to all of our salon staff and their guests! ☺️ Violating any of these policies may result in the rescheduling or termination of your appointment with no refund. As of 1/1/2024 the salon has put a “kid free” policy in place so you will no longer be able to bring small children who are not receiving a service to the salon- sorry if this causes any inconvenience.
